A 1 hour uninterrupted Hypnotherapy/Solution Focussed/Psychotherapy session. This can be either face to face in North Brighton (BN1 8EQ) with beautiful relaxing views over the South Downs or via Skype or Zoom. The majority of issues can be solved in one to two sessions
